15:5And it came to pass that I was overcome because of my afflictions, for I considered that mine afflictions were great above all, because of the destruction of my people, for I had beheld their fall.

27:5which our father hath spoken conserning the natural bra[n]
15:7And they said: Behold, we cannot understand the words which our father hath spoken concerning the natural branches of the olive tree, and also concerning the Gentiles.
27:6ches of the olive tree & also conserning the gentiles & I said
15:8And I said unto them: Have ye inquired of the Lord?
27:7unto them have ye inquired of the Lord & they said unto m[e]
27:8we have not for the Lord maketh no such thi <i> ng known
15:9And they said unto me: We have not; for the Lord maketh no such thing known unto us.
27:9unto us behold I said unto them how is it that ye do not

15:10Behold, I said unto them: How is it that ye do not keep the commandments of the Lord? How is it that ye will perish, because of the hardness of your hearts?
27:11will perish because of the hardness of your hearts do ye
27:12not remembr the thing which the Lord hath said if
27:13ye will not harden your hearts & ask me in faith
27:14believeing that ye shall believe <receive> their <with> dilligence in

27:16be made known unto you behold I say unto you that
27:17the House of Israel was compared unto an olive tree
27:18by the spirit of the Lord which was in our father & behold
27:19are we not broken off from the house of Israel [&are we no] t
15:12Behold, I say unto you, that the house of Israel was compared unto an olive tree, by the Spirit of the Lord which was in our father; and behold are we not broken off from the house of Israel, and are we not a branch of the house of Israel?
27:20a branch of the house of Israel & now the thing[which]
27:21our father meaneth concerning <the grafting> in of the natura[l]
27:22branches through the fulness of the gentiles is that in the
27:23latter days when our seed shall have dwindled in unbe
27:24l[ief] yea for the space of many years & many generations
27:25after that the masiah hath manifested himself in body
27:26unto the Children of men then shall the fulness of
27:27the gospel of the masiah come unto the gentiles
27:28and from the gentiles unto the remnant of our seed
15:13And now, the thing which our father meaneth concerning the grafting in of the natural branches through the fulness of the Gentiles, is, that in the latter days, when our seed shall have dwindled in unbelief, yea, for the space of many years, and many generations after the Messiah shall be manifested in body unto the children of men, then shall the fulness of the gospel of the Messiah come unto the Gentiles, and from the Gentiles unto the remnant of our seed—
27:29& at that day shall the remnant of our seed know
27:30that they are of the house of israel & that they are the
27:31Covanant people of the lord & then shall they know
27:32& come to the knowledge of their forefathers & also to the
27:33knowledge of the gospel of their redeemer which was
27:34ministered unto their fathers by him wherefore they
27:35[sha] ll come to the knowledge of their redeemer & the
27:36[verry] points of his doctrine that they may know
15:14And at that day shall the remnant of our seed know that they are of the house of Israel, and that they are the covenant people of the Lord; and then shall they know and come to the knowledge of their forefathers, and also to the knowledge of the gospel of their Redeemer, which was ministered unto their fathers by him; wherefore, they shall come to the knowledge of their Redeemer and the very points of his doctrine, that they may know how to come unto him and be saved.
27:37[how to come] unto him & be saved & then at that d[ay
27:38will they not rejoice & g] ive praise unt[o their everlasting]
28:1[God] their Rock & their Salvation yea at that day will
28:2[the] y not receive strenght & nourishment from the
28:3true vine yea will they not come unto the true
15:15And then at that day will they not rejoice and give praise unto their everlasting God, their rock and their salvation? Yea, at that day, will they not receive the strength and nourishment from the true vine? Yea, will they not come unto the true fold of God?
28:4fold of god behold I say unto you yea they shall be num

15:16Behold, I say unto you, Yea; they shall be remembered again among the house of Israel; they shall be grafted in, being a natural branch of the olive tree, into the true olive tree.
28:7olive tree & this is what our father meaneth & he meaneth
28:8that it will not come to pass until after that they
28:9are scattered by the gentiles & he meaneth that it shall
28:10come by way of the gentiles that the Lord mauy shew
28:11his power unto the gentiles for the verry cause that
28:12he shall be rejected of the Jews or of the House of israel
15:17And this is what our father meaneth; and he meaneth that it will not come to pass until after they are scattered by the Gentiles; and he meaneth that it shall come by way of the Gentiles, that the Lord may show his power unto the Gentiles, for the very cause that he shall be rejected of the Jews, or of the house of Israel.
28:13wherefore our father hath not spoken of our seed alone
28:14but also of all the House of Israel pointing to the
28:15covanant which should be fulfilled in the latter days
28:16which covenant the Lord made to our father Abraham
28:17Saying in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the Earth
15:18Wherefore, our father hath not spoken of our seed alone, but also of all the house of Israel, pointing to the covenant which should be fulfilled in the latter days; which covenant the Lord made to our father Abraham, saying: In thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
28:18be blessid & it came to pass that I Nephi spake much unto
28:19them concerning these things yea I spake unto them
28:20conc[er] ning the restoreation of the Jews in the latter days
15:19And it came to pass that I, Nephi, spake much unto them concerning these things; yea, I spake unto them concerning the restoration of the Jews in the latter days.
28:21[&I did rehea] rse unto them the words of Isauh which spake
28:22[co] ncerning the restoration of the Jews or of the House
28:23of Israel & after that they were restored they should no mo[re]

15:20And I did rehearse unto them the words of Isaiah, who spake concerning the restoration of the Jews, or of the house of Israel; and after they were restored they should no more be confounded, neither should they be scattered again. And it came to pass that I did speak many words unto my brethren, that they were pacified and did humble themselves before the Lord.
28:27Lord & it came to pass that they did speak unto me agai[n]
28:28Saying what meaneth the thing which our father saw
15:21And it came to pass that they did speak unto me again, saying: What meaneth this thing which our father saw in a dream? What meaneth the tree which he saw?
28:29in a dream what meaneth the tree which he saw & I said
15:22And I said unto them: It was a representation of the tree of life.
28:30unto them it was a representaion of the tree of life & they said
28:31unto me what meaneth the rod of iron which our father saw
15:23And they said unto me: What meaneth the rod of iron which our father saw, that led to the tree?
28:32that led to the tree & I said unto them that it was the
28:33word of god & that whoso would hearken unto the word
28:34of god & would hold fast unto it they would never peris[h]
28:35neither could the temptations & the firey darts of the
28:36adversary over power them unto blindness to lead th[em]
15:24And I said unto them that it was the word of God; and whoso would hearken unto the word of God, and would hold fast unto it, they would never perish; neither could the temptations and the fiery darts of the adversary overpower them unto blindness, to lead them away to destruction.
28:37away to distruction wherefore I Nephi did exhort[them]
28:38w] ith all the energies of my sou[l] & wit[h all the faculty]
29:1which I possessed that they would give heed to the word
29:2of god & remember to keep his commandments allwa[ys in]
15:25Wherefore, I, Nephi, did exhort them to give heed unto the word of the Lord; yea, I did exhort them with all the energies of my soul, and with all the faculty which I possessed, that they would give heed to the word of God and remember to keep his commandments always in all things.
29:3all things & they said unto me what meaneth the rive[r of]
15:26And they said unto me: What meaneth the river of water which our father saw?
29:4water which our father saw & I said unto them that the
29:5water which my father saw was filthyness & so much wa[s]
29:6his mind swallowed up in other things that he behold <beheld> n[ot]
15:27And I said unto them that the water which my father saw was filthiness; and so much was his mind swallowed up in other things that he beheld not the filthiness of the water.
29:7the filthyness of the water & I said unto them that it
29:8was an awful gulph which seperateth the wicked from
15:28And I said unto them that it was an awful gulf, which separated the wicked from the tree of life, and also from the saints of God.
29:9the tree of life <&>also from the saints of god & I said unt[o]
29:10them that it was a representation of that awful Hell
29:11which the Angel said unto me was prepared for the wicke <d>
15:29And I said unto them that it was a representation of that awful hell, which the angel said unto me was prepared for the wicked.
29:12& I said unto them that our father also saw that the
29:13Justices of god als <did> also divide the wicked from the
29:14righteous & the brightness thereof was like unto the bright
29:15ness of <a flaming> fire which ascendeth up unto god for ever & ever
15:30And I said unto them that our father also saw that the justice of God did also divide the wicked from the righteous; and the brightness thereof was like unto the brightness of a flaming fire, which ascendeth up unto God forever and ever, and hath no end.
29:16& hath no end & they said unto me doth this thing mean
29:17the torment of the body in the days of probation or
29:18doth it mean the final state of the soul after the dea
29:19th of the temperal body or doth it speak of the things
15:31And they said unto me: Doth this thing mean the torment of the body in the days of probation, or doth it mean the final state of the soul after the death of the temporal body, or doth it speak of the things which are temporal?
29:20which are temporal & it came to pass that I said un[to]
29:21them that it was a representation of things both tempo[ral]
29:22& spiritual for the day should come that they must be
29:23Judged of their works yea even the works which were
29:24done by the temperal body in their days of probation
15:32And it came to pass that I said unto them that it was a representation of things both temporal and spiritual; for the day should come that they must be judged of their works, yea, even the works which were done by the temporal body in their days of probation.
29:25wherefore if they should die in their wickedness they mus[t]
29:26be cast off also as to the things which are spiritual which
29:27are partaining <un> to righteousness wherefore they must be brou
29:28ght to stand before god to be Judged of their work & if their
29:29<works> have been filthyness they must needs be filthy & if they be
29:30filthy it must needs be that they cannot dwell in
29:31the kingdom of god if so the kingdom of god must be
15:33Wherefore, if they should die in their wickedness they must be cast off also, as to the things which are spiritual, which are pertaining to righteousness; wherefore, they must be brought to stand before God, to be judged of their works; and if their works have been filthiness they must needs be filthy; and if they be filthy it must needs be that they cannot dwell in the kingdom of God; if so, the kingdom of God must be filthy also.
29:32filthy also but behold I say unto you that the kingd
29:33om <of god> is not filthy that there cannot any unclean th[i]
29:34ng enter into the kingdom of god wherefore <there> it must
29:35needs be a place of filthyness prepared for that which
15:34But behold, I say unto you, the kingdom of God is not filthy, and there cannot any unclean thing enter into the kingdom of God; wherefore there must needs be a place of filthiness prepared for that which is filthy.
29:36is filthy & there is a place prepared yea even that awful
29:37Hell of which I have spoken & the devel is the prepa[r] ator of
29:38[it] wherefore the final state of the souls of man is to dwell i[n]
15:35And there is a place prepared, yea, even that awful hell of which I have spoken, and the devil is the preparator of it; wherefore the final state of the souls of men is to dwell in the kingdom of God, or to be cast out because of that justice of which I have spoken.
29:39f which I ha[ve] spoken wherefore the wicked are seperated from
30:1[the] righteous & also from that tree of life whose fruit
30:2[is] most precious & most desireable of all other fruits yea
30:3& it is the greatest of all the gifts of god & thus I spake unto
30:4my brethren amen
15:36Wherefore, the wicked are rejected from the righteous, and also from that tree of life, whose fruit is most precious and most desirable above all other fruits; yea, and it is the greatest of all the gifts of God. And thus I spake unto my brethren. Amen.
